Credentials

Dr. J.T. Boyd is a primary care physician in Colorado, board certified in Internal Medicine, who, while in medical school and residency, sought the training to become proficient at providing reproductive health services, including abortion.

He began his education at Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned an undergraduate degree. As an undergraduate student, Dr. Boyd became an emergency medical technician and later continued to advance his certification and become a critical care emergency medical technician in New York. While in New York, he worked for LifeStar Ambulance Service and volunteered for local EMS. After his undergraduate degree, he completed the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs in New York City. 

Dr. Boyd completed his medical training at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2008 and moved to Portland, Oregon for residency in internal medicine.

He has served on the Board of the Colorado Medical Society and is a past President and current Board member of the Clear Creek Valley Medical Society.
